If you’ve got the FUNK going on, can I get a heck yeah? Not that you’d want to really be proud of feeling so FUNKed up. But let’s face it, life isn’t always rainbows and butterflies. Sometimes it’s filled with rainstorms and mood-killers! This past month life has pulled me in many directions, all of which left me feeling one emotion – DRAINED! I am determined to get back on the mend. Just me, myself and my essential oils!
Today I met up with my trainer whom I hadn’t seen in 6 weeks. Ahhh…just what I needed, except I was nauseous the ENTIRE time. (For the record, no I’m not pregnant.) When you’ve been in such a sedentary state (outside of my FTJ – full time job), it creeps up that you’re no longer twenty-something and getting back in the fitness groove takes time to adjust.
I’ve got to admit though, my mind just could stop thinking “Is this what being 32 is supposed to feel like?” I mean, no one gave me the heads up that bouncing back would be so hard. It’s not like I’m OLD! Haha…
